Woof, woof! I’m Lily, the Quality Inspector for French Brothers Homes. I live in Alamogordo with my mom, Corrine Bachman, who happens to be the co-owner of French Brothers. I wanted to tell you about one of the communities my mom’s company builds in.
Mesilla Vineyard Estates is a Las Cruces NM homes community minutes from Old Mesilla and less than a 20-minute car ride northeast of downtown Las Cruces. Limited opportunities remain here since there are only two quick move-in homes available right now. These two homes are spectacular. I have seen them myself and would love to run around and play here, so I know you and your family would love to call it home! The first is located at 4303 Briareus Drive and features the fabulous Presideo I floor plan. It has 2,882 square feet with five beds, two-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage. It’s only one story so perfect if you have an older dog whose knees aren’t as young as mines. It is spacious enough for you and the rest of the family to enjoy, entertain, and have other dogs over. The floor plan has an open layout in the family room, breakfast, and kitchen. There is a covered porch off the breakfast area where you can entertain, or your do could hang out. This floor plan has a separate living room, formal dining room, and office. The owner’s suite is nice and includes an owner’s bath and walk-in closet. Three secondary bedrooms are found on the other side of the home.
The second quick move-in home available is at 860 Sandy Beach. This one is rad too! It is great for entertaining and has enough room for a dog like me or bigger. There are four bedrooms in this home, three full baths, and 2,286 square feet of living space. Open concept living is what you will find here with the dining room, kitchen, and great room. There are three secondary bedrooms, and an owner’s suite with owner’s bath and spacious walk-n closet. You can customize this floor plan more to include a pocket office or have flex space. The rear porch is great for relaxing!
