Q: What is your position at French Brothers and how long have you worked with the home builder?

A: I am a Project Superintendent and I have been with French Brothers since July of 2007.

Q: What does a typical day as the Las Cruces lead entail?

A: A typical day  involves walking every project and performing quality checklists in Ftq360 to eliminate trade errors,  I update ITK schedules for items complete and for paying our trades. Also, scheduling out ahead to ensure no adverse situations arise. I perform job safety and security checks to ensure a safe working place is present and to ensure no materials of any sort “walked off” the job. I also load all house start schedules for all communities for the company into our system and I interact with customers to update them on their home progress.

Q: What is your favorite aspect of your job

A: My favorite part of my job is interaction with customers and trades to show our quality and to teach the unknowns to customers. Ultimately, to build the American dream for future homeowners.

Q: What has been your favorite part about working with the French Brothers team?

A:  My favorite part of our team is that we all operate under our core values.  We are Kind, Happy, Humble, Tenacious and a Team.

Q: As you continue to grow in your career with French Brothers, what are some of your personal goals.

A: Some of my personal goals are to become fluent in Spanish, to attain the skills to become the Construction Manager and to turn over defect free homes.

Q: What are some of your favorite things to do when you aren’t working?

A:  I love to go outdoors and play with my kids in all kinds of sports, I Love to grill in good weather, but most of all I like going to Santa Fe and Albuquerque to visit all my family as much as I can.

Q: Where do you currently reside?

A: I currently reside in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I look forward to being a part of French Brothers continued success here.
