A: I am a Project Superintendent and I have been with French Brothers since July of 2007.

Q: What does a typical day as the Las Cruces lead entail?

A: A typical day  involves walking every project and performing quality checklists in Ftq360 to eliminate trade errors,  I update ITK schedules for items complete and for paying our trades. Also, scheduling out ahead to ensure no adverse situations arise. I perform job safety and security checks to ensure a safe working place is present and to ensure no materials of any sort “walked off” the job. I also load all house start schedules for all communities for the company into our system and I interact with customers to update them on their home progress.

A:  My favorite part of our team is that we all operate under our core values.  We are Kind, Happy, Humble, Tenacious and a Team.

A: Some of my personal goals are to become fluent in Spanish, to attain the skills to become the Construction Manager and to turn over defect free homes.

Q: What are some of your favorite things to do when you aren’t working?

A:  I love to go outdoors and play with my kids in all kinds of sports, I Love to grill in good weather, but most of all I like going to Santa Fe and Albuquerque to visit all my family as much as I can.

Q: Where do you currently reside?

A: I currently reside in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I look forward to being a part of French Brothers continued success here.
