Model Home Grand Opening in Tanglewood
We held a grand opening event last month for the incredible new homes in Hobbs community of Tanglewood. We featured our newest and biggest model home of the Presidio floor plan. Many people came out to enjoy free food, entertainment, incentives, and huge giveaways.
Presidio is one of 12-floor plans available at Tanglewood. This is a single-story floor plan with 2,863 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and a three-car garage. Presidio features an open floor plan design with a kitchen, eat-in breakfast area, family room, and living room combination. There is a separate dining room and a rear covered porch off the breakfast area. The Presidio floor plan also features a split master bedroom design for added privacy with an ensuite and walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the floor plan.
