Virtual Christmas Celebration Ideas
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in and around our homes in Alamogordo NM communities! There is no doubt Christmas may look a little different this year. Whether you are home or going to celebrate virtually, here are ways to enjoy Christmas in 2020 and all of them are easy to do on Zoom!
- Christmas karaoke – We all love Christmas tunes? Sign into Zoom and turn on the tunes to sing along to your favorite Christmas music.
- Christmas limbo – How low can you go while decking the halls? Garland or a Christmas scarf is a good prop to use to play this game. Play Christmas music to make a bit more festive.
- Guess how many – This is a fun game the kids and family are sure to enjoy. Fill a candy jar or mason jar with candy canes, Hershey’s Kisses, M&M’s, peppermints or other holiday candies in a jar and have the family guess how many are in there. The person who selects the closest number without going over will be the winner!
- Holiday movie trivia – Who has the best holiday movie knowledge? Test your knowledge by printing off a list of movie trivia questions that include both classic favorites and more recent movies.
- Ugly Christmas sweater contest – Who has the ugliest sweater? Don your favorite ugly Christmas sweater to find out. Get the whole family involved and award those with the best costumes.
